Welcome to The From Scratch Body! TFSB is a source for those who love food, but also love feeling good, taking care of their health, the planet and their wallet. The idea was created after I started cooking pretty much all my food from scratch to figure out what made me feel good and what didn’t - it took me on a journey where I completely fell in love with cooking and it freed me from following recipes religiously. This is what I want to inspire you to do as well - every week I will share one blog post about something I have learned or experienced on my cooking journey so far, and I will share one recipe. But I really want to encourage you to just find inspiration here, and then go on to experiment on your own. I want everyone, regardless of funds, space, intolerances, allergies, knowledge or abilities to feel like they can cook great meals that get them excited about eating.
