Yakitori With added Veg
A simple marinade-slash-sauce which gives you sticky, gingery, garlicky and slightly (if you wish) fiery chicken. A super simple family meal that comes together quickly over a bowl of rice! I love adding some vegetables too, for more flavour and fibre.

I call these hotcakes because they go SO dang fast - and also… I have too many pancake recipes on this website so I needed a different name. If you don’t want to stray off the pancake path, you can also call them cottage cheese pancakes.
