Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Florets
For 2 people
Time: Prep 5 mins | Cooking 30 mins
1 cauliflower head
1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 large crushed garlic clove)
1/2 cup of parmesan
a pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 210ºC (around 420ºF).
Separate the cauliflower into florets by hand into a large bowl. Splash the olive oil all over the florets, and add in the salt, pepper and garlic powder. You can add other spices too, if you fancy!
Get your hands dirty now - get in there and mix everything well so all the florets are covered in oil and spices. Spread them out on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Grate the parmesan. Take the florets out and spread the grated parmesan all over them, mix well in the pan. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
And go nuts at how tasty these are!!! Enjoy!
